creationComplete()だとstageがnullで困る

アプリの初期化時に stage プロパティにアクセスしたいときは多々ある。
でもApplication（メインのMXML）の creationComplete() ではまだ null で困る。

で

preinitialize()〜creationComplete() の時点でstageを利用できる方法を思いついたので書いてみる。

結論
systemManager.stage としてアクセスすれば良い
